The body movement is another key to keep the mind here and in the present.
We can have deep trances, where we can connect with the present moment, by setting the mind as the real observer of the present, and by feeling our inner body and the body movement. We can explore what is inside our inner self, until we loose all the layers, and feel the real Being.
